Vision Card
Overall vision the enterprise aims to achieve through digital transformation; the core guidance for the entire plan. Each workshop has only one vision.
Goal Card
Specific business goals supporting the vision, including quantitative metrics, target values, and weights. Sum of all Goal weights must equal 100%.
Task Card
Specific tasks to achieve business goals, including quantitative metrics and target values. Sum of all Task target values equals Goal target value.
Pain Point Card
Business pain points blocking goal achievement, linkable to Goal or Task. Includes pain index (1-10) and business value description.
Data Card
Enterprise data asset management, including data quality assessment (1-10), data type, department, and business system.
System Card
Current enterprise business system map reflecting "as-is capabilities". Links to data cards, goals, and pain points; system value is auto-calculated.
Tech Card
